Had a decent stay but had trouble finding the hotel. Once found, it's conveniently located near the airport and offers helpful staff. Good rooms and satisfactory service. However, avoid the complimentary breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast offered was of poor quality. The hotel should work on its breakfast menu.

Room with no heating, only a small electric fire. Noise of cleaning untill 02.00 from the dining room. No shuttle despite having booked it, and the hotel is hard to find. Private jacuzi promised in booking but didn't exist.

No hot water to take bath after long flight. The room was very cold and humid. Too much noise 24/7. Very expensive taxi (500 rupees)called from the front desk to the airport. Very expensive room rate. I could stay in Radisson by this room rate "7125 rupees".

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel conveniently located near the airport. the room was spacious, incredibly clean, and had a comfortable, huge bed. the bathroom was large and had a luxurious shower. the breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. What's more, the kind staff gave us complimentary Wi-Fi access, which was a nice surprise.

It was three miles from the airport.

The hotel did not have hot water. I was there two days. I had the best room in the hotel and complaints about their lack of hot water yielded nothing. The hotel's on-line advertisement was fraudulent. No evidence of a resort, no gym, no spa, no facilities near by for these things. There was no fruit basket, the room was dirty and parts were in disrepair. I was very very disappointed.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The staff was attentive to our needs and the hotel provided cheap room service. The hotel is close to the airport, making it convenient for our travels. We appreciated the polite and friendly receptionist, who made our check-in process a breeze.
